Anjel In Israel

When I took my first trip with GBM to Israel in 2019, I had no idea what to expect. I assumed we’d see some historic places from a distance, hear some stories, and eat some good food. But man oh man did I underestimate the trip!!

Dr. Stan and his team planned such an incredible trip! We stayed in Old Jerusalem, walked the streets of Bethlehem, walked through Hezekiah’s Tunnel (20 feet under the city!), and took communion at the Mount of Olives - and that was just the first 3 days of the trip! I met so many incredible people, learned so much beautiful and cool history (thanks, Jacob!), and discovered so much about the Holy Land and the people who call it “home”.

I was also randomly handed a baby goat that I seriously considered taking home, but I don’t think that was part of the itinerary… ;)

My trip with GBM changed so much of my life and painted a real picture of the Bible for me. I will always be so thankful for the trip and to Dr. Stan for making it possible! If you’re thinking about going, GO!!! You’ll love it!
